Bb Learn Content Areas -- Deleting Items and Folders
Introduction and Identification
Items and Folders are two of the most basic types of content that you can add to a Bb Learn content area.
The page below will tell you what a Bb Learn content area is.
Deleting an Item
An Item looks like this
Your Item will likely not be called "test" or have "Hello" in the description.
If you don't any see icon at all to the left of the Item title, see the webpage below for how to show the icon again.
Deleting the Item
- Hover over the title of the Item with your mouse, and click the circled down arrow that appears next to that title.
- Click "Delete."
- Click "OK" at the prompt confirming your deleting. Note, attached files and media are usually retrievable, but don't otherwise expect to be
Deleting a Folder
A Folder or Content Folder looks like this.
Your Folder will likely not be called "Hello" or have "Hello" in the description.
If you don't any see icon at all to the left of the Folder title, see the webpage below for how to show the icon again.
NOTE: Deleting a Folder generally means deleting all contents within that folder. Attached files and media are often retrievable, but don't expect to be able to undo this deletion and retrieve any content contained in this Folder.
- Hover over the title of the Folder with your mouse, and click the circled down arrow that appears next to that title.
- Click "Delete."
- Click "OK" at the prompt confirming your deleting.
