Reserving a Meeting Room in CCI as a Student

Students intending to reserve a meeting room within CCI should connect with the CCI Commons Team directly. This can be done either in person or through the helpdesk by sending a ticket to ihelp@drexel.edu. Keep in mind only meeting rooms on the 9th and 11th floors are eligible to be reserved.

Room bookings should be made through a Student Assistant (SA), who will check room availability by accessing room availability through CCI Commons account calendar. The SA will then provide the student with an overview of the available and accessible rooms. 

Once the student selects the room they would like to book for the chosen date and time, the SA will create the meeting reservation and send the student a calendar invitation as confirmation of the booking request.
