CCI Logos and Templates in Shared File Space

Instructions

NEW FACULTY and PRO STAFF (or post-2018)? We may need to give you access still. Try the instructions below, and if they fail, contact ihelp@drexel.edu already with a brief description of the issue, if you have not already done so.

Windows

  1. Connect to Drexel VPN first, if off-campus or off Drexel network (2nd floor Quorum and such).
    See VPN
    Username: DREXEL\mjg88
    For webserver access: CRC_DOMAIN\mjg88
    Replace "mjg88" with the DrexelOne userid of the CCI instructor, faculty, PhD student, or professional staff member.
    Password: [DrexeOne password]
  2. Click Start menu.
  3. Type "This PC" in search menu (without quotes).
  4. Click "Map network drive."
    No "Map network drive" available? Click down arrow next to? Icon in upper right.
  5. Choose S for drive letter, or an unused drive letter.
  6. Enter folder "File Path" in "Folder" text box.
  7. Shared CCI repo "File Path" on Windows is below:

    \\ccirepo.cci.drexel.edu\shared\CCI General Information and Resources\CCI Templates\

  8. Check reconnect at login.
  9. Check connect using different credentials
  10. Click Finish.
  11. Check Remember my credentials
  12. Click "OK."

Mac

  1. Connect to Drexel VPN first, if off-campus or off Drexel network (2nd floor Quorum and such).
    See VPN
  2. Click computer display background.
    Finder menu should appear in upper left.
  3. Click "Go" > "Connect to Server".
    (Optional: Skip steps 2 & 3 with shorcut key combo: Cmd+k ).
  4. Enter file path from below.

    smb://ccirepo.cci.drexel.edu/shared/CCI General Information and Resources/CCI Templates/

Linux

  1. Connect to Drexel VPN first, if off-campus.
    See VPN
  2. Connect to server or network share (Google this, if necessary).
  3. Click "Files."
  4. Click "Connect to Server." 
  5. Then enter correct file path from below.

    smb://ccirepo.cci.drexel.edu/shared/CCI General Information and Resources/CCI Templates/

Alternate Source for Drexel Logos

Anyone at Drexel can sign in in the right panel at the link below and access logo files, and use those logo files according to the guidelines provided, for uses related to Drexel.
