Tiny Font When Replying

If you suddenly find that the size of the font in your email replies in Outlook is extremely tiny, here's the solution.

Windows 10 Outlook

  1. Reply to an email.
  2. Click the "Format Text" tab at the top (if not selected already).
  3. Click the "Zoom" icon.
    1. Maximize the email reply window's size if you do not see this option.
  4. Select 100%.
  5. That should do it. 

Mac Outlook

  1. Reply to an email.
  2. Click the "Options" tab at the top.
  3. Click the "Zoom" icon.
    1. Maximize the email reply window's size if you do not see this option.
  4. Select 100%.
  5. That should do it.
